Family tradition

In the 1950s, with help from all the family, we started out on our modest professional adventure in the meat industry. Effort and enthusiasm gradually replaced the limited resources we had during difficult start of our business.

At first our work was based in a small slaughterhouse for pigs from farmers in the region and we sold the products at the butcher’s shop in our factory.

Since then, through effort and dedication, we have grown our client portfolio, basically through our cooked products. This product line led to the biggest jump in growth in our company and its structure.

Today, it is safe to say we are a modern food manufacturer using the most advanced technology in the sector for manufacturing meat products. We have facilities covering 5,000 m2 and we apply strict health and hygiene controls to guarantee the quality of our products.
